About the Role....

In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
• Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
• Working in both our Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
• Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
• Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Current RSA, RCG  and ARCG qualification is essential
• Availability to work a range of shifts including late nights, weekends and Public Holidays
• Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
