About the Role....

As our Courtesy Vehicle Driver, you will provide a prompt and friendly service throughout our local community.

In this role you will be required to :

• Provide excellent customer service to our club patrons;
• Drive our Club patrons safely to their home via our courtesy bus service .
• Drive our members and guests to attend events
• Always be familiar with the Club’s products, offers, procedures and policies; ensuring compliance with the Clubs policies and any incidents reported accordingly;
• Operate the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
• Be flexible and available to work evenings & weekends inline with the hospitality needs of our members and guests.
• Ability to travel and work from each of the 3 Workers Club Venues. 

Requirements:

• Drive courtesy vehicle experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
• Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
• Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
• Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card 
• Full Driver's license with clean driving record
• Current First Aid certification, or willing to obtain; and
• Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
