We’re on the lookout for a creative, organised, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator who thrives on people connection, collaboration, and delivering engaging experiences. About the RoleThis role is all about execution—bringing ideas to life, driving visitation, and creating experiences that keep customers coming back. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. You’ll be supported by a Marketing Manager who values creativity and initiative, while giving you the autonomy to own your work and develop your career in promotions and marketing. This is a full-time role, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (office-based), with the flexibility to support weekend events and activities when required. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Promotions Execution- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions from concept to completion
- Assist in developing promotional mechanics, terms & conditions, and timelines
- Ensure promotions are correctly set up across POS, kiosks, and digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reporting
Content & Communications- Coordinate content across social media, website, EDMs, and in-venue screens
- Brief designers and suppliers to develop creative marketing collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Events & Activations- Support the planning and delivery of events, entertainment, and in-venue activations
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution on event days
- Assist with run sheets, supplier coordination, and on-site delivery
Stakeholder Coordination- Work closely with operations, gaming, food & beverage, and external partners
- Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related requests
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned on objectives and timelines
Administration & Reporting- Maintain campaign calendars and marketing schedules
- Track budgets, invoices, and supplier costs
- Compile campaign results including visitation, sales, and engagement metrics
Skills & Experience- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, promotions, or events (hospitality or entertainment highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EDM, CMS, or social platforms is advantageous
