We’re looking for energetic and experienced Customer Service Attendant to join our friendly and talented team on a Permanent Part-Time basis.

About the Role..

In this role, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service to our Members and Guests in a fast and efficient manner.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
• Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
• Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
• Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
• Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.

Requirements..

• Must be willing to work in smoking areas 
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
• Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
